Zestily reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. We also reserve the right to alter the price of all items we carry at any time, as stated by our policy. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Zestily ships via the US Postal Service, FedEx, DHL, and UPS. Exact methods will vary based on the availability of these services and what is offered at your location. Shipping charges are calculated on the weight of the items within your order, the shipping method you choose, and your location.

Most orders will be shipped within 72 business hours, if, the items are available, and you are unable to make changes to an order once it has been packaged. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. You may,are however refuse the package, and upon its return receipt, we will credit you for the merchandise. Shipping fees and any return shipping costs will still apply and the responsibility of the buyer.

An email will be sent to the customer with tracking info. Customers may also log into their accounts for tracking information.

Return Policy

Please take a few minutes to check your order. Make sure to check for smaller items in the corners of your box or inside of larger items. If there is any damage or missing items please let us know right away by contacting us.

Please include your name, address, order number, and a picture of the item (if needed). Do you want a replacement, store credit, or a refund?

All returns should have "Returns" written clearly on the outside of the box. Inside the box, include the order number that you are referring to so that we can properly credit your account.

Zestily accepts returned items that are in resalable condition and purchased less than 30 days ago. Refused orders that are returned will be charged return shipping plus a $2.00 fee. Filing of damage or missing package claims with the shipping provider will be the responsibility of Zestily.
