Zestily is a Kentucky domiciled business.

Payment
By selecting a product, you agree to pay Zestily the payment indicated (additional payment terms may be included in other communications). We accept credit and debit cards for payment. 

Shipping
Shipping is calculated on checkout and shipped via UPS the Buyer's chosen method (standard economy or priority mail). All orders are shipped within 3-business days. Tracking is provided and can be found under "your account" information. Shipping can be delayed during peak seasons. If you have any questions about shipping contact us.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days. The item can be returned for any reason but must be in an unopened and unused package as when received. Damaged items may or may not be returned at our discretion. We may ask for pictures confirming the damage. All damaged items receive a replacement when warranted. Lost In The Mail
We do not replace or refund items that are reported as lost in the mail. We provide a tracking number so we will know where and when it was delivered.

Taxes

We charge Kentucky sales tax at 6% for those Buyers who have a residence in Kentucky.
